SITE ESTABLISHMENT ( SETTING OUT )
First Inspection of Site:
An inspection of site is to be carried out prior to erection.
The following items are to be checked and arranged:
Safe and hard access for the transport vehicles to allow movement in and around the site shall be arranged.
Coordination with site management about the site requirements and scope of work.
2nd Site Measurements:
The main contractor shall carry out site measurements for actual dimensions on site.
Manpower Requirement & Mobilization Plan
Adequate manpower will be mobilized on the site to execute the work. Manpower plan will be prepared as per the work progress and main contractor construction program.
